What services do you offer?

We provide private drivers and vehicles for tourists, primarily offering pick-up services from Colombo and covering the entire island of Sri Lanka.

How do I book a driver?

You can book a driver through our online booking form available on our website. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate to avoid any issues.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept cash payments when you meet your driver. We do not accept online payments or card payments.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking without any cost. However, we prefer that you inform us at least one day prior to the scheduled pickup date.

What if I provide false information during booking?

Providing false data may prevent the booking process from starting or could lead to the cancellation of your booking. Please ensure all information is accurate.

What if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust your pickup time accordingly.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?

We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. If you have any issues, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve them.

Do you provide child seats?

Please inform us in advance if you require a child seat, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I change my booking after it has been confirmed?

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

  • Booking Process Guide

    To book your driver trough website, please follow these steps:

    1. Visit our online booking form.
    2. Fill out all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
    3. 3. Directions to Fill the Booking Details:
      • Country Names: Please don’t use short forms for country names; use the full name instead. Double-check the spellings for accuracy.
      • WhatsApp Number: Include the country code for your WhatsApp number with a "+" sign. Ensure there is a "space" or "-" between the country code and the local number.
      • Local Phone Number: The local part of the phone number must contain a minimum of 4 digits and a maximum of 12 digits. Examples:
        • +1 xxxxxxx or +1-xxxxxxx
        • +94 xxxxxxx or +94-xxxxxxx
        • +977 xxxxxxx or +977-xxxxxxx
      • o Tour Duration: When specifying your Tour Duration for Days and Nights, use the "Days/Nights" format. For example, if you are planning for 4 Days and 3 Nights, enter it as:
        • 4 / 3
      • Planned Vacation Details: If you are planning a pre-planned vacation in Sri Lanka, please include all the locations you plan to visit and the hotels where you will be staying. A detailed description of your plan will help us provide you with a more accurate price.
    4. Submit the form to complete your booking.

    Payment Information

    Customers are required to pay in cash when they meet their driver. Please ensure you have the correct amount ready.

    Cancellation Policy Details

    You can cancel your booking without any cost. We kindly ask that you inform us at least one day prior to the scheduled pickup date.
