Service Description

Ceylon Tour Guided Drivers offers private drivers and vehicles for tourists, primarily providing pick-up services from Colombo. Our tour plans cover the entire island, allowing you to explore various destinations in Sri Lanka, including beaches, cultural sites, and natural attractions.

Booking Process

To book our services, users must complete our online booking form or contact trough our whatsapp no or email. By submitting the form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false data may prevent the booking process from starting or lead to the cancellation of your booking. While we reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our discretion, once you confirm a booking, we will focus on providing services to satisfy our customers. Customers are required to pay in cash when they meet their driver, as we do not accept online or card payments.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their bookings without any cost. However, we prefer that you inform us at least one day prior to the scheduled pickup date to help us manage our schedule effectively.

User Data Collection

When users complete our booking form, we collect personal information, including but not limited to name, contact details, and travel information. This data is used solely for the purpose of processing bookings and providing our services. We take reasonable measures to protect user data and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and agree to comply with all applicable laws. Users must provide accurate information when booking and adhere to the agreed-upon schedules.

Liability and Insurance

Ceylon Tour Guided Drivers is committed to providing safe and reliable services. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All drivers and vehicles are insured in accordance with local regulations

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka Users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
