I had an exceptional experience with this company and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning an individual tour in Sri Lanka. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized. Our driver accompanied us throughout the entire journey, from point A to point B, and was always available to answer questions and help with anything we needed. He was extremely responsible, an excellent and safe driver, very flexible, polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. His calm and professional manner made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. What truly stood out was the incredible support we received when I unexpectedly needed to go to the hospital. The driver immediately took care of everything — he arranged the appointment as a top priority, accompanied me, and supported me throughout the entire process. His help went far beyond what one could normally expect, and I am deeply grateful for his care and dedication. In addition, the company manager was always reachable and available at any time. I could speak to him openly about everything, and he always responded immediately. He was very warm, heartfelt, and genuinely caring, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind during the trip. This company offers far more than just transportation — they provide trust, safety, and personal care. Thanks to them, our journey through Sri Lanka was not only smooth and well-organized, but truly unforgettable. Our driver Hasa was not only punctual but also extremely courteous, well-informed, and flexible with our itinerary. We have just spent the last week travelling Sri Lanka with Ceylon Tour Guide Drivers. Rajatha was fabulous to deal with, helping us to plan our adventure throughout central and south Sri Lanka, making suggestions to make our trip the very best. He even sent reminders for when we could book our train tickets so we didn’t miss out. Our driver, Chamila, was equally as accomodating, happily changing the itinerary as needed so we could make the most of our experience. Chamila was a complete gentleman, and a safe and organised driver ensuring we were collected and arrived on time for activities. We could not recommend this driver company more, we were thoroughly looked after. Thank you, Chamila for your excellent care and Rajatha, for your organisation. We had the best time that will stay with us forever.

My driver was reliable, respectful, and always on time, which was really important since my itinerary included a lot of early morning starts. Everything was well-organized, and the communication before and during the trip was excellent.
